Using the most up-to-date equipment allows J-TEQ to offer an extremely flexible service that includes the placement of 0201 components, the flexibility of our SMT equipment allows J-TEQ to run a relatively low batch to help prove the process then to step up to the higher volumes as and when required.
Our placement capabilities are fully comprehensive and range from 0201, uBGA, BGA and fine pitch QFP’s to provide our customers with the knowledge that no matter what their requirements J-TEQ can deliver.
